A modern interior decoration and design can be a fabulous visual treat. New York-based designer West Chin Architect designed the Fabulous Flat with a modern theme and a bold approach to decorating. This home interior design makes quite a statement. Above is the photo of the living room. Your eyes will probably be immediately drawn to the center where the light fixtures of pretty little glass balls dangle prominently from the ceiling. The eyes are also drawn to the painting, which is also, by itself, quite engaging to look at.

The sofa is actually designed to be used in two areas. It’s like two sofas sharing one back rest, effectively making two sitting areas.

Here’s a view of the two sitting areas and another area at the back which has the LCD TV. This home interior design is a smart way of dividing the floor areas into several usable components without setting up dividers or putting up walls. You’ll also notice how beautiful pieces of art are used to guide your eyes through the room.

The area with the TV is a very cozy spot with lots of natural light streaming into it. The modern painting is quite sensual and is in harmony with the other bold collection of art pieces around the flat.
